Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK Delivery: £2.50 (3-4 working days)
Express Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £3.55 (next-day delivery)
Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over £30
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, 7 days a week. Please note that orders placed on Saturday after 10am will not be collected by our courier until Monday.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3-4 working days from dispatch and costs £2.50. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been sent so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes! You can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Tracked for £3.55 at checkout for express next-day delivery. For Saturday delivery, orders must be placed by Friday noon. This service is available Monday–Friday—perfect for last-minute gifts.
When is shipping free?
Enjoy free standard delivery (3-4 working days) when you spend £30 or more. Please note that express delivery charges still apply if you choose to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Tracked.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we focus on UK deliveries to ensure your cat's treats and gifts arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with full tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Products & Personalisation
What's included in your cat gift boxes?
Each Pawsome Celebrations gift box is thoughtfully curated with a selection of premium treats (including grain-free options) and other feline favourites—such as catnip pillows and enrichment toys, depending on the box you choose. Every box is beautifully presented in eco-friendly packaging—perfect for gifting or treating your own cat.
Can I personalise my gift box?
Absolutely! All of our products can be personalised with your cat's name or a special message—including gift wrap for our enamel pins and accessories. Look for personalisation options on individual product pages.
Can I request a custom gift box?
Absolutely! We're happy to create bespoke gift boxes tailored to your requirements where possible. If you have a specific idea in mind, please get in touch via our Contact page and we'll do our best to bring it to life.
Are your treats suitable for cats with dietary requirements?
We offer a range of treats made with high-quality, natural ingredients, including grain-free options. If your cat has specific allergies or dietary needs, please check the individual product descriptions or contact us for guidance.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as Shop Pay for a faster, more secure checkout experience.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we dispatch orders within 24 hours, please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help before your order ships.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, followed by tracking details once it's dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We want you and your cat to be delighted with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care with packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.
Christmas & Seasonal Delivery
Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
During the Christmas period, delivery times may be slightly extended due to high demand from Royal Mail. We recommend ordering early to ensure your cat gifts arrive in time for the big day. Orders are still dispatched within 24 hours, but please allow extra time for carrier delays during the festive season.
